dili unta hasol if ma-process ra nato diri sa regional office ang final clearance. dili man, adto man jud ta sa bicutan. kana ang hasol.

just an update.

Already have my final clearance,i've got two papers from DOST7..
one is address to BI Commissioner,the other one were address to NBI,DFA,and BI .

another info..if sa manila mag-exit,dapat 3days before ka mag-exit magpa-lift nka sa BI...

update:

nakalusot nako sa BI.. ang letter from DOST na suppose to be for BI dapat i pa received na sa BI before ka mularga. Then ang signed nga received doc from BI maoy imung dalhun during exit interview sa BI. inig tan-aw nila sa atong passport mabaw-an na nila na naa ta sa watch list, so mao dayun to mu explain ta na dost scholar ta before. then mangayo na sila ug docs so mao to ang ipakita nato katong gi receive sa BI not the original one. ako exit is cebu and okay ra ang exit di kau hasol.
