Looy lang jud mga companya diri sa Pinas.. daghan kaayu ta holidays diri compared sa ubang nasod.

sa kadaghan sa mga holidays para sa mga katoliko i guess ok na cguro nga ang uban dili na madeclare... its for our economys sake.. kay if mao nay main reason halos kada adlaw naay santos nga nag celebrate sa ilang adlaw sa kamatayon or adlaw nga nataw han...

ang nakalami ani , mahimu na ni nga precedence..
kung naa na pud mamatay simbako sa ubang religion/denomination
or bisan simbako na pud , sa catoliko... basin wa na pud work...
expect more holidays in d future...

Namulitika jud. Naa pa bay lain. There are many Catholic holidays already, pero dili ang kang Virgin Mary angay i-compare ani. When Cardinal Sin passed away, there was no national holiday that I can recall. Pero karon, holiday na kay hapit na election. And most people know that solid voting bloc baya ang Iglesia. Mao nang tanang politician, sip-sip jud sila didto ugma para ma endorse sila sa Iglesia.

I do not recall any moment in the past when Mary's birthday has been declared a holiday. So why should it be made into one? Just because you're Catholic and you feel "left out"? Grow up, people.
