Now that would be a great portfolio of investments and you are not putting all your eggs in one basket... the problem is, not everyone will have the resources to even get into one of the 3 you have listed...

I'm not underestimating, it's reality. Some guys here talk like millionaires for sure. It doesn't cost a penny to do so. And for those who really are asking 5M house and lots, then I am certain they are FOREIGN FUNDED in a way. And these people are still only 10% if not 5% of the country's population.
