i guess it is ur word against her. if i were you....get the best lawyer you can afford. also...technically she is just entitled to one-fourth of all properties from your father. kay half sa imo mom. one-fourth sa iyo and one-fourth sa iya. now if ur mom is as diabolical as me... she will sell hers to you for the least amount of money possible (payable when able pa jud) hahahahaha.

have the lawyer find evidence that she is a leech and get people to execute affidavits that she is a persona non-grata and is of no use to society (u know what i mean) and then threaten to destroy her in court if she does not back out of the lawsuit. or you may file a counter lawsuit of some sorts. there must be something she has done like abandonment of her kid di ba? when she files for what is hers kunuhay.... file also for "backwages" as her kid's primary caregiver. bwahahhahaha. kaubo jud yan sya. ilista nyo lahat! gatas, damit, food sa lamesa, loss of income kasi nagbantay na lang sa bata....lahat!

i do not think she was smart enough to think things thru. if there is proof...then lay it out on the table... continue the lawsuit and get in over her head or just let it go and never show her face again.

but the best way to just get rid of her is to just pay her off na lang. offer her a handsome sum (if u can afford it) and then have her sign off to your adopting her kid and not bothering you all again.

i agree with this, if magpalaban xa sa law to get what she wants, and then you have no choice but to do the same thing as well, people like that will stop at nothing just to get what they want, if she's suing your mother for beating her up (u ddnt say if recent ang pagkulata) den as mentioned if naa xa medico legal proof den mapugos jd mog counter, pero if dugay na xa gkulata and karon ra xa ngfile2x ug suit den cya ang maglisod ana ug prove.

we've done that once ma'am. we gave her what she wanted, she left for a few months and when she wasted it all.. she came back and stayed with us again. I dont think i would like to do it again, she's not the sort of person that you can trust. Its so shameful that i have her, ka move-in lng gyud namo sa lugar cause they just started a new life kay lagi, ka-diborsyo lng nya sa iyng bana, unya gapabuyag nsad.ambot ug aha nlng ni sya ebutang oy!
