    i think you should develop a healthy lifestyle. pag exercise, kung nanigarilyo ka undangi na. also coffee and any stimulants nga imong gi take. and yep, pag pray pud bitaw.. para ma unburden ka sa imong mga worries ba.

    sige mansad ko ani sauna karon usahay na lang. takilid lang jud or hapa matulog, kabantay ko basta hayang ko urom jud na taud2. pray sad ka before matulog. if urom gani ka then mamata ka, tindog and inom tubig ayaw pagtinamad na tulog lang padayon, mubalik na urom nimo basi diha naka mayataps buyag!

    mao ni pinaka root cause ngano urumon ka based from my experience.

    *over fatigue right before going to bed....kinanghanlan exercise or rest/relax usa 30 min. before matulog. Kinahanglan nindot ang blood flow sa imo brain right before matulog otherwise murag gi-atake ka ug highblood during urumon ka. kabantantay ka sakit sa tangkugo inig recover nimo sa urom.

    Onins is right! Tindog gyug kung after sa first urom. Drink water and relax for 30 min. Ayaw dayon balik sleep kay sure gyud mubalik ang urom.

    ex.
    1. right after playing computer games...sakit sa neck/mata/ulo after playing computer games dayon diretso higda. Sigurado urom gyud.
    2. kapoy gikan sa work pag abot sa balay higda dayon
    3. mental work...like mag review sa licensure exam every night dayon diretso tulog

    la man ko bisyo pero na usab lang akong lifestyle ge tagaan ko sa akong papa ug negosyo nga netcafe ambot lang kung naa ni sxa conection about ingun nila maligo inig ka human ug duwa sa pc or babad akong mata sa pc dayun maligo. . .la man sad koy mga friends pod dre sa amoa di sad ko hilig gawas2x ug balay la sad koy sports. . . pero buhat ra nako para lahos2x akong ka tug mao ni sxa duwa ug pc games or lantaw ug anime hangtud tulgon . . mao ni akong buhat kada adlaw ? la man sad ko ma aanad sayo ma tug gud sukad naa nakoy computeran
