if you bought a genuine windows, return the computer to the shop. let them explain.

if it's really a pirated windows, then go buy a genuine windows.

if you cant afford, then ignore the message.

@TS: when you bought your PC, did it include a legit Windows OS license (with COA sticker as proof)? if yes, then you should not see this message. otherwise, as what other users said, you have a non-genuine copy of the OS installed on your PC.
