This is my product before kato ahente pako, hehe and im using it during di ko ka sleep or nahan ko mu rest.. Its safe to use kay di maka addict unlike other sleeping pills. If you like na ma knockdown dayun ka take 25mg iterax or 2 10mg. 10mg is use for allergy and 25mg is for anxiety, kay maka pa calma pud ni sya. Pero most of the doctors is prescribing Iterax para pa sleep kay di na sila kina hanglan ug S2 kung mu prescribe sila.
Mag labad ang ulo nimu kung kuwang jud ka ug sleep, its not because sa tambal. Even wala tambal gani kung kuwang imu sleep mag labad jud imu ulo. And ang Iterax di mo stay long sa body because gamay ra sya ug half life. Pero depends gihapon sa system nimu kung unsa ka pas2x pag excrete nimu sa tambal. For me 10mg or 25mg pag mata nako ok man ako feeling, either 5 hours sleep or 8 hours sleep, wala ko ka experience ug headache.
For dosaging, mao ni ako style before, first i take 10mg, kung di pako dukaon i take another 10mg, or diretso nalang 25mg para sleep ka diretso.
wala ko nag promote sa tambal ha, di nako connected nila, hehe..![]()
Bitaw Iterax jud.. Anti-histamine mani side effect niya makatulog ka..
rather than buying sleeping pills jud, i suggest, you buy vitamins like Iron w/ B complex instead. (eg: ferrous sulphat, appevon, etc)
or drink calming tea (or sleeping tea) a few minutes before matulog. it contains special herbs ang natural ingredients. try lang sa ato mga grocery stores.
and most importantly... have a "stress-free" life.
ayaw pag salig sa sleeping pills kay the more you take it everyday the more your body will not respond and
the solution to that is increase the dosage........
ayaw nlng pag sleeping pill uie... naa man other alternatives for us to sleep better.
but its really hard wen u have insomia oie.
before u suggest or take any meds remember we have different self-coping mechanism for a specific medicine... better consult a doctor kay basn di naka maka mata sa unsa imo imnon or mag palpitate ka kay na subra an imo pag intake...
better use alternative ways to get urself to sleep...
try iterax 25 mg its antihistamine but antihistamines are proven to make you drowzy no overdose use it many times already coz i have difficulty in sleeping as in lami kay imo mata after and its not the same with sleeping pills na lisud ka makamata tried a lot already but if u rily want pill try xanor very effective pero better ra jud normal sleep try to sleep before 9pm and dont do anything interesting count til u go to sleep
