Bring a mechanic then:
1. Check the engine if there is no leaking or dili ba padulong ug overhaul.
2. Check the body of the car if dili ba baga ug masilya..it's best kung nipis pa gyud ug kaha.
3. Check underchasis kung wala ba kagulkol and dili ba rusty coz you might spend a lot for this.
4. Check accessories like tires (lifespan- tires are expensive remember), aircon compressor and etc.
5. The rest are minor defects i guess ok lang....Those 4 above are very important.

check for any engine and radiator leakings. check pd if dli na ba lata mga cables sa engine(the cable used for the throttle of the engine). knock on every part of the car to check on the body filler applied to the body. the lesser the better. check also the aircon. hope this helps
