Somewhere sometime, somebody wrote this interesting idea regarding religion=

its not enough that freedom of religion should be practised....one has also the choice to be free from religion,,,,& govern his life using his intelligence, respect & justice for all.

sadly, people allow themselves to be enslaved BY religion.

Not all religions i must say,,buddhism is totally different,,,an exceptional religion who refrain from god talk,,but does a lot of god works,,,

for me i dun think buddhism is a relgion , since budha is not a god , just a teacher.

going out from one's comfort zone takes effort (and time) and some dose of realization and/or strange experiences from reality.

as to the standards of god believers,,,buddhism is not considerd as religion,

But ask any buddhist & they will tell you that buddhism is not only a way of life, its not only philosophy but also religion in its core values.
