i pipz, share lang gamay insight nako ani ha, so kung naa man maigo sa ako ipang-ingon, im sorry, but it's nothing personal.

Although I'm not into networking anymore, I've had my fair share of networking experiences, dili nalang nako panganlan pra walay gubot. Anyway, over the many networking companies that i gone in and out, I've realized one thing, and that one thing is the common mistake of most networking companies. That is, g.incorage nuon ang mga members nga mag.recruite instead nga mangita ug paagi para makakuha ug share sa market ilang products. Why waste your time recruiting, when you could be more productive selling the products yourself? I know nga if you have some recruits, they will become your edge in multiplying your earnings, either through commisions for recruiting them or from the commissions you gain from their sales. But either way, it's still wrong nga mag.focus lang sa pag.recruite, I'm pretty sure some or even most of the recruits don't even use the products themselves. Think bout it, if mag.focus lang jud ug market sa mga products instead of focusing your attention in recruiting people into the company, mas makakwarta pa ka, bahalag gamay ra na, at least its a start, remember that big earnings started small, and kung daghan na ka ug buyers sa inyo products, that would mean nga daghan na pud ka sales, and trust me when i say that some of them might even end up joining the company as your recruite, pra pud maka.take advantage sila sa discounts sa product na ila gnapamalit, coz they already believe in the products of the company. Dba it's hitting two birds w/ one stone?and i know that some companies employ this kind of strategies, w/c is why they are still around and going strong.

wa ta kahibaw mao nay mupadato nimo...
wa ta kahibaw gipaad2 ka sa imo migo para dungan mo ka dato!
member ko ana bai...yaw lng gud kahadlok di mana mangulata diha...di man na prat...
paminaw lng gud...nya imo nana desisyon if mo apil ka or dili
... and bro, na.offense lang ha, pero sayop na nga motivation nga madato ka aning networking. Don't get me wrong, each and everyone of us wants to have a better life, and earn millions, but the ways that networking people use to enrich themselves is wrong. That is by recruiting. Bro, please read the statement above, basin malamdagan pa ka. Another thing, daghan paagi pra madatu, dili lang sa pag.recruite ug people pra mu.join, the virtues in becoming rich is HARD WORK, PATIENCE, PERSEVERANCE (NOT IN RECRUITING HAP), INTEGRITY, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, IN KEEPING YOUR DREAMS ALIVE.

Lastly, let me say that networking is not a bad thing, coz it's the company's way of marketing their products without having to pay for advertisements and stuff, coz they are taking advantage of the power of "word of mouth". But the ways that members recruit people is wrong, it does not help in selling the products, it only helps in shortening the lifespan of the company becuase of the bad experiences they had, and that would mean that they also loose interest in the products that the company is selling. I may not be 100% accurate on this, but i am 100% sure that i'm pretty close to the truth.

AGAIN, LET ME REITERATE THAT IM JUST SAYING MY POV, SO NO NEED TO TAKE IT PERSONALLY KUNG KINSA MAN TO MAIGO SA AGO GPANSULTI, THANK YOU.

mura naman noun ug recruiter tan.aw nimo nako sa?
ako mga downlines ako gi encourage ug sell products...wa ka kabasa sa ako uban post?
if you sell nya ang imo costumer naa nay trust nimo cuz the product is effective and good...naa na sila chance na mo join para maka save sila sa discount like what u'v said...once mo join cla, recruit ra ghapon term siguro ana..nya maka expand naka sa imo market, mao na networking..

recruit recruit for comission is not good...but recruit recruit to help him para maka income through sales is good for him and you...network marketing or recruit marketing..weeee..hehehehe
