Teller: Yes, Sir. Optional po. It is up to the customer whether he/she asked for it or not.
Me: Hhhmmmm...

After 3 weeks of waiting, still no sign of a call from their office. And I'm just wondering why they can't understand Bisaya. You have to talk in Tagalog or English. I'm having doubts already if this really was an airline from Cebu.

I renewed my driver's license at LTO SM branch. I had my so-called drug test and was able to register electronically for my identification. This was only for the medical test. I didn't manage to get through the main LTO process because they already made their last call. I went there again after a week. A notice was posted saying that they were on a break. In other words, they were literally closed.
So, I planned to go to LTO near South Bus Terminal to finish off my registration since it was pretty near my company's office.
Just an hour before working-off hours, I went to LTO to process my registration.
Lady on a chair: Sir, where did take your drug test?
Me: At SM, beside LTO.
Lady on a chair: Sir, we don't accept applicants coming from our SM branch.
Me: What? What's the difference between this LTO branch and the other LTO branch? You're the same national agency.
Lady on a chair: Sir, we really can't accept it.
Me: Why? Is there a difference with the medical examination done here and there?
Lady on a chair: I don't know, Sir.
Me: Err
So, I just went home and went back to SM to finish it. Suffocating from people's habits of intrusion and long lines.

gud thing every 3 years nlang ko moadto pra renew
