Point taken. If one would look at this from a birds-eye-view, naturally, the general consensus would be that Cebu Pacific as a whole, sucks, and I'm not in disagreement with such a remark. I guess I was merely trying to point out that management may suck even more, but the "backbone" of the airline (the guys who actually take you to your intended destination, and makes sure the planes don't fall apart in midair) does not.

In situations like these, wala tay mahimo kay pasahero ra man ta. Nipili man sad ta ug airline nga barato, so baratuhon sad ang serbisyo...Pero maski PAL gani naa man say mga delays... Mao nay giingon na wa tay mahems...
