    i believe we need to set a premise of the word "activist". as what presented above, there are kinds of activists, and all of them has their own political agendas basing on their orientation and ideologies. so we could not draw a conclusion on what's to be done on this and that if we would not set that premise of who are the "activists" that we are talking about.

    i'm ok that people are free to rally

    sa maka-cause ug traffic ... i see it as a small price for one's freedom

    as to their ideology, ok ra ko, as long as they don't insist others to follow it

    small price of freedom ang traffic? dako kaayo nag effect sa productivity oi. ok ra nang mag rally basta dili lang maka samok sa uban.

    halos kada naay sipyat rally, bisag kinsa president...

    cge ingon nga naglisud nadaw ang pilipinas unya kung imo tan-awon
    halos tagsa2x nagdala ug cellphone... lupig pa gani ako 3310 naku... take note naa pa digital cam nga bitbit

    unya kung imo tan-awon ang nag-rally murag mga irresponsable man sab
    murag man gani ug addict ng uban dha kay nagsiga ra ang mata nga pula kaayo
    naay kaysa ay katung rally sa Colon, pun-an pa sa attire na makapasamot sa imo duda nga addict jud

    sa una nga protest katung time ni Ninoy mas okay tingali kadto compared karun na wa nay klaro!

    yes i agree with your observations ...

    and i see these people as ...
    active para sa media exposure
    active kung funded ang rally
    and active mo syagit sa unsay syagit sa uban, bisan wa kasabot sa usa iyang gi-syagit

    pero, sagdi lang, kay this is what freedom is ...
    you're free to do anything ... even stupid things
    just don't forget to plan for the consequences that follows
