1. Can u find a 2.4M house & lot in the inner city? (Cebu City central areas)
Answer: Even clustered townhouse units would cost at 2.6M..thats the least i know.

2. Can u find a single-detached home at 2.4M nowadays?
Answer: impossible. the lowest in single-detach homes out there is 5M

3. Can u find a single-detach home w/ 100sqm floor area at 2.4M at the specs of hi-end homes?
Answer: that's too ridiculous
