an oh btw, being a callcenter agent sucks the hell out of me, that is not my dream job. d'hell were you thinking...

never said its ur dream job.. so why you in a call center anyway (aside from the economic recession and all that hoopla).. we all have a choice of where we want to be..

p.s. i always wanted to try that call center experience.. but never really "pushed" myself to go there.. been in the IT (software development) industry though, which is probably a lot like the call center.. especially with supervisors inflating their egos on what they want done compared to what should/ought to be done.. but left it and went somewhere else instead..
