EduCaToRs: How do you TAME your students?

Please feel free to fill in your experiences on how u discipline ur students when they get rowdy in class... I know every grade level is a total different experience, just the same, I want to know and this is for the benefit to other teachers as well

From experience, I simply lay out the rules in the first week orientation. I talk to them personally every after offense and let them write something on a piece of paper that would serve as a binding agreement or I give incentives to those who are doing a remarkable behaviour.

dapat naa kay voice projection jud!!! U should also make the topic interesting like by adding experiences or jokes about yourself and make sure naa jud kay eye to eye contact. Don't focus too much sa book or sa topic. Make it interesting.

As a teacher, I use a lot of REVERSE PSYCHOLOGY and it works for me 80-90% all the time. If they still get abusive to me I will use PSYCHOLOGICAL WHIP and it works 100% all the time! hehehehe

I used this too and it helps but there are some students nowadays who are so smart to quickly pick up my strat hehehe... now i'm curious how do u go abt wid ur psycho whip hehehe
