I know the congressman in the 4th district (Ormoc down to Palompon), sad to say his not worthy of the position. YES or NO ra gyud siya didto sa congress, no wonder dili siya popular other than the 4th district; bintaha nalang siguro si Richard maka-tingog pa didto. But naa pa man mas eligible candidates didto, problema ang funds kay known gyud na diha nga kwarta ang mag-dominate (pinalitay sa boto) come election day.
