    1. nope! dapat naka proper motocycle outfit ka. proper, boots, jeans (maong/leather) and jacket leather plus helmet
    2. nope! professional lang ang pwede and if possible drivers trainor or teacher
    3. Yes, anything that over by the LAW is not-legal and HID with below lumination and pwede below 5k or 6k i think ang legal! not sure kong pila
    4. Yes, due to noise pollution it has been knon to be illegal in some CITIES!
    5. It is recommended na Full face and diver w/o tint and open face for the rider. Y? Full face for driver w/o tint para klaro and nawng (kong gwapo! he.he.he...) better view especially during night time, likay sa tulis and driver ang direct impact kong akcidente. And RIDER, kong mag full face will have hard vision to the front road and will alter/distruct the driver (mag sigi ug ka pangka, sangit sa drivers helmet),mas maayo ug dapat open cya BUT, no visor and mouth guard.

    hope this makes thing clear.

please feel free to edit for corrections

    thanks

but don't you think it's safer for the rider to wear full-face helmets?

I forgot to mention diay nga I have projector lenses installed over the HID so dili gyud cya suwaw since there is no light output above the cut off line.

So meaning to say bisag gi tarong nimo ug retrofit and you eliminate glare you still get "TOP-ed" just because you have a single beam HID? Isn't there supposed to be a machine where they can test glare and those that fail fall into the illegal category?

Because if you really look into the problem at hand, it's not the bulb (halogen/HID) that's causing the problem here but it's the headlight housing reflector. Halogen headlight reflectors are just not meant to handle light from HID bulbs. Mao na no matter how "duko" the headlight is, suwaw gihapon sa ka-sugat nimo.

    Yup it is definitely safer

If you look at the road laws here you would notice that most NEW violations regarding motorcycles are just stop gap measures implemented by people that never really rode motorbikes as their main means of transportation. (or in the case of the HIDs and mufflers, never took the time to immerse themselves and understand the technology)

No full face helmets... rrrriiiiiiiiiiiight... this really would solve the problem of criminals using motorbikes as their means of transportation... sigh... I'm really worried that after looking at the problem at all angles this is all they can come up... ban full face helmets... what's next? ban motorcycles?

mao jud. may pa iban ang motorcycles sa mandaue kung mao na sturyaa. bogo man ni si carlo fortuna. abi ko bag bright na cya. or nag binogo lang. salig cya di cya magmotor. he really thinks that to solve the issue is by banning these full face helmets. tsk tsk. why not come up with a better police force or a strategy to counter these criminals.

Pero bantayi nya mark, mas daghan hassle kung mag motor ka kay there are supposedly "special" rules that apply to motorbikes.

Checkpoints... parking... entering villages... stopping... even mag withdraw ka ug kwarta sa ATM di ka pde mu park sa front like what you normally do when you're in your car. Weird kaau... dugay2x pud ko naka adjust at how people treat motorcycle riders hahaha You might experience the same frustrations as I did.

Pero anyway, back to topic. To be safe, I'd say keep your motorbike as stock as possible and wear your helmet (full face or otherwise) and closed shoes.

yes ive experienced some already and for me its more of a discrimination i think rather than call it special rules. hehe
