SHARE sad ko! Mga BANG for the BUCK canon LENSES: (copy paste rasad ni nako))
Canon
Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS lens - What?! a Kit lens?! Yes indeed, this tiny little plastic is a capable performer, and you get IS too!
Sigma 18-125mm f/3.8-5.6 OS - Want to match the 18-105mm VR from Nikon? This is the one to get! Pretty nice focal range too!
Sigma 18-70mm f/2.8-4.5 Macro - Want to match the 18-70mm from Nikon? This is the one to get, you get a pretty nice close focus range too!
Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II - A f/1.8 for about 4k? Are you kidding me?! No questions asked, get this one!
Tamron 18-270mm f/3.5-6.3 VC - Woah, wait a second?! why not the Canon one?! Well, this is one pretty sharp lens! Also, it has more focal range than the Canon has.
Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8 - Maybe expensive, but then you get the constant f/2.8, and for the price, this is already cheap! Sharp wide-open, could give pro lenses a run for their money!
Sigma 18-50mm f/2.8 HSM - Great build, constant f/2.8, fast AF too! Although not quite as sharp as the Tamron lens, IT is still a sharp lens, and it is faster with AF performance compared to the Tamron.
Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 - Constant 2.8 too, and longer reach compared to the 17-50. Around the same price as the 17-50mm as far as I know. Full-Frame compatible too.
Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 Macro - Constant 2.8 too, and slightly wider than the 28-75mm of Tamron. Good build and Full-Frame compatible too.
Canon EF-S 55-250mm IS - Considering Canon's 1.6x crop factor, it means you get an equivalent of 400mm range on the long end! You get IS to boot too!
Tokina 12-24mm f/4 - This is a great lens for ultra-wides! Got an IQ score of 8.5 from dpreview, constant f/4 aperture, and quite useful focal range, from ultra-wide to normal. Great build too!
Tokina 11-16 f/2.8 - Want something very wide, but brighter? This is it! You lose a bit of range, however you do get a faster lens in terms of light gathering.
Sigma 10-20mm f/4-5.6 - Want something even wider? Then you've got it! 10mm is VEEEEEEEEEEEERY wide. Great build too! However, you lose a stop of light gathering.
Canon 85mm f/1.8 - Want something for portraits? Well, you got one!
Sigma 50mm f/1.4 - Want something for portraits but something of a shorter focal lenght? get this! Oh, nice bokeh too!
Tokina 28-70mm f/2.8 - Constant 2.8, and also compatible for Full Frame.
Canon 70-200mm f/4 L USM - Pro lens, solid build, fast AF, white color. What else can I say?
I hope this helps for those who are looking for a lens that will give u a "great value for money"...
