the bottomline lang is, everyone has a choice. to reject or accept the contract. if you decide to accept and then cry foul after for the same reason that you in the first place agreed about, then that could be classified as sour graping already.

i wasn't able to read the contract myself ha, but the way that my brother explained it to me, I do not see something wrong about it. It was my brothers decision to take that risk of not receiving anything at all should he failed the training. Luckily, he did reached the grade requirement. So if someone can do it, then clearly, it is attainable. Maybe that job is not just fitted for others. We have our own forte. If you fail in something, it doesnt mean you are already a failure, but maybe it is not just your cup of tea. Same goes to the company, if you are not in line with their standard, value and work perse, it does not make them a bad company. Di lang siguro sila match.
you got a good point... but i have to ask you...

SINCE WHEN PA NAGING SUGAL ANG MAGHANAP NG TRABAHO

it seems like youre risking to waste time and money.

we take exams to check if we get hired. and that is supposed to be the case.
we take the training course to enhanced ourselves for the nature of our job. and that is supposed to be the case.
We get paid for our efforts... we are not paid for their standards. and that should be the case.
Standards are set for them to determine if we continue to stay and not to determine if we are to get paid. and that is supposed to be the case

if these things are not met... then this company must be Bullcrap!!

in everything we do na-a man jud risks... life is all but a gamble!

I mean you gamble for love man gane, not knowing whether ma hurt ka at the end you still gamble kay in-love man ka.

In business, you gamble... you take risks... of investing your time, and money not knowing whether mo succeed or ma hugno mo business.

In a job, you gamble... you take risks... you invest time and money of going to the company take ka exams, then if pasar interview, nya training dayun...not knowing if madawat ba ka at the end...

I applied for this company online and was scheduled for an exam, but I did not go about it since I have read here in istorya pla ang sweldo and knowing the risks involved na graveyard shift pa jud ang work nya ang training mura na "real job" for sure the company is being paid ana work gibuhat sa trainees ginansya na na nila at the expense of the trainees. However, free man daw meal mao ra guro na compensation nila for the trainees.

for me? I did not even bother to gamble... I have the choice whether to pursue the exams or not and I did made the right decision...I have been doing transcription jobs (freelance ra nuon). I am paid per audio hour and kapoy pud baya sya labi na ang sinulti-an sa mga amerikano pwerte slanga di ta kasabot... mao na apply2x ko sa Northern Transcription Works kay naa man ko experience but la nalng ko ni padayon.

Kato walay trabaho and would want to earn money, apply mo wala bitaw mawala ninyo. but kato mo apply ane nya gkan na call centers or nakatrabaho na before yaw lang mo ane kay labi na anad mo dako nyoha sweldo nya mga GT or MT mo gamay ra sweldo lisud i-adjust nyoha lifestyle ana and to think la sila medical insurance pud (if it indeed it's true)...
