i dont think referral is bad.. para nako, its just an option.. but para pud nako, kung abosohon, delikado.. sa kadaghan sa imo mga invyts lisud bya mag train.. i prefer to invyt then train.. mentoring bah... it is immoral nga mang recruit ka daun pasagdahan na nimo.. just because kay naa cya sa imu strong leg?

specifically mr. entrepreneur, how would you make a living thru networking? ni join mi sa company pra mamaligya, dili magbinuang.. besides.. our reputation is at stake here.. we are (mostly) professionals sa vital-c who are engaged in other businesses such as real-estate, construction, transportation, banking and finance..

id rather have one good salesman than 100 so called leaders
these so-called leaders are just recruiters
a good leader in business is one who leads by example..

i also heard rumors like that. thats not a new rumor theres also another rumor than mr. king has another mlm company. then the other said that he joined another network when somebody conducted an orientation to him sa crown regency mismo. so far, thats the 3rd rumor i heard, all from different companies..

i asked our area manager bout this, he said, its just a rumor made to add credibility to their companies... he said, "ngano mo apil man si king og networking nga pwede man siya maghimo iyaha".

i dont know where this rumors are coming from.. if mo affiliate ang vital-c with other companies, surely we would have recieved news of it...

nope, richard king does not own fern-c or affiliated with it.
