all the religions are based on belief; only science is based on doubt. and i would like the religious inquiry also to be scientific, based on doubt, so that we need not believe but we can come to know someday the truth of our being, and the truth of the whole universe.
But all of us to some extent believe, right bro? We don't have absolute certainty about everything in life, we exercise belief in some measure or other.

I love science, but I think it does not give us knowledge of the other truths in our lives. I mean, if all reality are only those which we can touch, smell, see, feel and hear, or those things which are empirically verifiable, or those which can be tested by the Scientific Method, what are we to do with questions of aesthetics or morality?

Yea it starts from doubt, I hope when you are still a kid this does not happen.

"belief is one of the most poisonous things to destroy human intelligence."
--- wrong! belief is something that gives you peace of mind. You can believe in science no need to doubt if they are right or wrong not unless necessary. cut the crap hell, your statement does not apply to the so called Unnecessary things.

Do you have to know what THOUGHTS ARE MADE UP OF? hmmm , gud luck.
