Really? J1 is valid only for 3 yrs. accdg to them. Would you advise me to try this visa as a NURSE?

They have certain conditions in case you will fail the interview..One of them is refunding your money.
But still it is very EXPENSIVE..As much as I want to try this visa, I'm afraid it can give my pending immi
