The world of politics, is considered, one of the dirtiest arena to enter -- Philippine Politics. I believe, we Filipinos must not be fooled by the so-called " Pag-Asa," In order to make a difference in this country, we must not wait for " A good leader," We must take things in our own hands. We must not limit our capabilities -- Voting to make a difference. We must stop this whining and take this in our own hands, if we want to change, we must change as well. We must not wait for the "Right" Leader, we must take action now.

The point? : " Stop Whining and Start Acting.

proposing for a ticker box with the phrase "none of the above" in the ballots? hehehe joke only

how else does politicians reach out throughout the citizenry scattered over 7,100 islands? the media is probably a cost effective option for them. it is just the same media is being used/manipulated by opponents to discredit them.

i agree it is just dirty tactics. elections had never been clean in these times. it is indeed a sad reality that one (or one's party) has to be very rich during the elections to ensure wins. it is indeed a matter of convinience. the electorate is kept clueless thereby it would be convinient for them to choose those who paid the most written down on thier ballots.

another sad reality is that many of us are slaves to conviniences - that is why we prefer shortcuts, even illegal ones (or to some that more appealing) as long as the ends are for their benefit. no one wants to go through the process because of the risks.

my clan is kinda disappointed about these realities. it is common in our family that we got the distaste of local politics.... even in the boardrooms and certain organizations, dirt exists.

well it seems that we have to follow what the Madagascar Penguins do .... grin and bear it!

p.s. i would appreciate if anyone from Dilaab post his/her opinion and ask people to join their cause....
