    8. Mountaineering
    9. Diving
    10. Motorbike ( scooter, dirtbike etc )

    I.... little/like in :

    Badminton - way of exercise
    Basketball - way of exercise
    Mountaineering - explore, way of exercise

    Hobbies at the moment:

    Cycling - way of exercise
    Music - nice to play guitar ( can play in company happening )
    Motorbike - freedom riding weekends ( use also in commute sa office )

    Music.. I am not really very physical so I just enjoy a quiet moment with pc or an mp3. I also enjoy the guitar and I wish I can play the piano.. =0

    Martial Arts - Can be good Exercise, used for Self Defence and in some cases offers a good Mental System (things like Meditation, Goal Setting and in some cases even Self-hypnosis)......

    mountaineering and (scuba) diving: being in the outdoors is an opportunity to enjoy the beauty of nature, breathe fresh air. also, learn survival skills, patience and self-reliance. physical exercise is only a small part of it, much like tip of the iceberg.

    Sprinting pataas ug hangin kung gukdon ug iro
    Tambling in case ma ligsan
    Wall Climbing para pangawat
    Parkour in kaso nangawat then gukdon ug tanod nga dakog tiyan
