@FK, this is exactly what I've been harping about in my previous posts on this thread re the "importance of the media".

Passing by the Day Care Center where the 7 survivors were staying on the way back, Irenea had this to say with a hopeful demeanor, "please let President Arroyo and the press know about our situation, we are helpless here, we need their help".

they have become victims twice in about a month's time.

first, from the tragedy.
second, from whoever pocketed the donations.

how I wish the media will expose whoever did them (victims) wrong..

unsa kaha no ug ikaw mahitabo-an then wa kay laing kapaingnan but to lean on to those donations that few of these kind hearted people are offering coz natabunan imong tanang kabtangan including your wife, kids, brothers and sisters etc.ect.etc?
and you learned that the people in position who are given the power to distribute those pledges are incompitent coz not all of it are coming in (for the victims)?
how could one say it's okay?? people are trying to help and you'd say back off coz i'm great?

@FK, as far as "reklamo" goes, I already did. i just finished e-mailing ABS-CBN and SunStar re the need to expose these jerks in Leyte whoever they are. and I'm gonna continue e-mailing them until I'll get a favorable reply and a concrete article/expose re who's got the donations.
