RCBC is stable. They had a succesful marketing for their tier 2 notes. I don't exactly remember how much they were able to borrow from the public market but it was in the range 3.5-5billion pesos. This was a few weeks ago. (tier 2 was paying net of 7.5% for a 5year hold)

dugay nako depositor sa RCBC P. del Rosario branch, deli ko makabahin coz limited ang banks in this area (though naay BPI & LB near USC). Ever since hinayan kaayo ilang mga tellers diri, kapila na nag ilis ug tellers pero hinay gyud and under man kaayo. I do not know if they are doing something or they even notice that hinay ang service deri na branch.... I hope mu-improve sad ni sila deri.. I can compare coz I am also banking with Allied Bank Gorordo, they have 3 tellers na paspas muprocess..

bact to topic, I think stable pa RCBC this time...
