don't know why naa ning provincial wage nga dili man unta provincial service ang gihatig sa tga cebu.

this is because naa may regional wage boards..they decide the minimum wage for each region

there are two sides to a merger, the good side is that there would be more opportunities for everyone. the not so good is that the redundant jobs will be taken off.

as of now, wala'y changes, as is lang for the meantime. pero, for sure mas daghan opportunities kay murag balak sa stream mag-expand sa philippines. regarding redundancy, walay problema kay walay mga account na mag overlap.
