R I A K S Y O N :
The feeling that you are just a single dot in a 1 mile wide blackboard envelopes me as I watch this clip. The talk and the idea of evolution that had a pitfall gives goosebumps to my skin. And along with that feeling, also comes the questioning of "What if" scenarios. What if we did not mutate, would society and civilization be different. What if there was a slight change in the natural selection, would Humans still be the dominant animal of Earth. What if apes had brain too, would we call planet of the Earth as Planet of the Humans vs Apes. Are we the winners of such thing called evolution?
It may be important to look and search for our past and It is also important to pass on and continue our future. But what really matters most is the thing that we have now at present. As fortunate individuals or species, It rest on our shoulders to ensure that the legacy and evolution moves on.Moving on not all in the sense of "surviving?" But moving on to ensure we can become one day in the far far future Galactic Beings. Hey every journey starts with a small step and good thing we have evolution blowing our way.

Just a comment so far regarding the flow of the questions and discussion.
I think need more fine tuning in the way the discussion flows. It's kinda alarming to come back that there have been 20+ pages worth of posts that Ive to catch up with and kinda depressing. But regardless I think this is quite going smoothly and there are people actively participating.
Anyways going to go back and do my business, Yes instik gyud ko.

1.) What is Evolutionary Psychology?
- Base sa book " Social Psychology 9th ed. by David Myers. " It is the study of the evolution of cognition and behavior using principles of natural selection.
- It is important in order to know how to deal with the present generation and for adaptation of the current situation so that you can establish social relationship with the people around you. Adaptation doesn't necessarily mean doing the "uso" of our time, example, immorality and illegal drugs since we are created with rational thinking. However, adaptation to the way of living that gradually improve from time to time for survival purposes.
My reaction to the video:
There are so many things that we should be proud of as a human. One of these things is that we are more intelligent than any animal that has ever been. (This is stated in the video) We alone can study the mysteries of our universe. And that is what the scientists and paleontologist are doing to solve the mysteries of our being.
If I’m not mistaken, the video mentioned Lucy, which is said to be our past ancestor. And then they also saw a flat-faced skull. Lucy has this protrude face like an ape. This flat-faced skull has a similar face structure with us humans. And according to them, this is more likely to be our ancestor. Maybe we are really not apes before and this skull will tell so. I hope they are just the HUMANS who lived before we came.
Ever since I was introduced with the theory on human evolution, I never believed maybe because this is just a theory. What’s on my mind right now is that no matter what and who are my ancestors, I am really lucky that I am blessed with knowledge unlike apes that are said to be human’s ancestor.
hmm..classmates,,pls ko text nako b if mag online na si sir..gamit pako sister sa comp gud!..
