    Mike if mogana imo kaon ,jogging or brisk walking na lang sa IT park after work para mahilis ang mga extra na nakaon nimo,or hunahunaa na lang na wala ka kwarta para ipalit ug kaon para mawala imo gana hahahaha

    pag jogging brod bahala nana imo diet e steady nalang na kung mglisud kag adjust. jog ka everyday 45mins. do it straight for a month dako nana improvment..
