evolutionary psychology has one major point of telling us that people adapt to its enviroment for survival..like for example the learning how to speak in cebuano..babies adapt its enviroment and they observe the people around him/her...until he/she grows up she could speak cebuano just like other people around him/her because of adaptation. The child can't speak spanish because the child didn't hear that kind of language...thats how the child can communicate and survive in his/her enviroment to be able to interact.
