its all because of the superhero registration act. if you could remember from the uncanny xmen days of future past superhero registration act rin ang reason why nagrule ang sentinel at that timeline which causes the death of almost all of marvel superheroes.
check the poster naa ra dito si mr. fantastic and invisible woman facing some tombstone. does it mean that the thing and human torch will die during civil.

before sa house of m, avengers disassemble. its the story where scarlett witch goes berserk that kills and injuried most avengers which lead to the launch of new avengers.

bro, if you check out the recent xmen titles. the sentinel one program of the government, that is design to watch over the 198 mutants at xavier mansion, is design and under tony stark therefore the government is under ironmans banner. in this x-over all the heroes of marvel universe will be divided including the xmen, fantastic four and the new avengers. and it will also mark the return of thor. my guessing is thor will side with capt. america since steve rogers is the only human thor recognize as a leader and a friend.

pls dont jump into conclusions. for all you know it will just be a red herring. Millar is famous for that kind of writing (read Ultimates). And while there are hints of Thor coming back, all we've seen so far is mjolnir (with Doom picking it up).

And House of M was a mediocre story by far. While I love Oliver Copiel's art the characterization there was sub-par. Bendis isnt good with writing team characters. The only thing good that happened for House of M was X factor and Son of M.

House of M was ok, at least the art made it up for the story's weakness, plus it has some holes in the plot. Anyways, as for Civil War, we can't say Stark to be with the government's side. Well, yes, he designed the new Sentinels, but he also created half of SHIELD's surveilance tech. I believe his identity with the government is disclosed, except for top SHIELD officials. So, the best bet is that Cap is with the government (the costume shows), and he's such a good soldier and going against your government is a very non-patriotic act. As for Thor coming back, and maybe Hawkeye... big surprise. Marvel has a history of killing and then suddenly reviving their characters. The trailer doesn't really tell anything, half of the clip were from the 6-page preview from Wizard 174, and it shows Nitro blowing up near a school (which explains the rest of the trailer). Civil War sounds really interesting, but I believe now's the good time to start reading some DC. "One Year Later" just started this month, which is basically a reboot of their titles, and portrays events after Infinite Crisis (which is running late).

oh skynight, with regard to FF, one member will die. But it has nothing to do with Civil War, it will happen in FF. It was discussed before in newsarama.com
