#10: Do you smoke or use alcohol? -> what if the job site is high risk of flammability?

illegal diay ni nga questions? most of these are being asked man during job interviews...
murag sakto to nga ang uban is illegal in the US.. g ask sad ko question b4 which i think was illegal >how much was my allowance daw pag college.. ug wat car do i drive.. well, padong na unta ko mu walk out sa interview ni tubag nalang pud ko.. and to think and nag interview nako nga company is multinational... or was i just discriminated..
mao ma ni common tawn ipangutana diri sa atoa oi. naa pay lain common pangutana: tell me about yourself... your previous job... what are your plans in life...
pero kung ang tag-iya sa company mo interview, lahi pud ilaha. i was assisting man gud the company owner when she made a final interview sa mga applicants. 4 questions ra jud iyaha gipangutana:
(1)will you be loyal to the company?
(2)how can the company benefited from your skills?
(3)if you will be hired, how long will you stay with the company?
(4)tell me, who is _________ (name of the applicant)?
maboang ko bayot.

yeah murag dili man aware pud ang HR ani............hehehehe
illegal here or in the US? For me, asking about marital status is a valid question.

siguro if the job description needs a specific requirement..why not..i guess di man siguro kaayo na applicable diri sa ato. you know lain2x pud tah..hehhehe
