yeah true jud stable ang Bayan DSL. way kurat as in. maoy gamit here sa opis. the company pays 3,360/mo.
pag apply sa company, way 3 days connect dayon.

way maintenance period. paspas ang tech support.

overall, EXCELLENT

you're getting confused. with PLDT, you need to have a PLDT landline before they connect DSL.

with BayanDSL, you don't. either Data only or Bundle with phone, it works for them, but of course, you save more on the bundle.

now the question is, does Bayan install landlines here in Cebu? if not, you have no other option but to stick with Bayan Data only.
