Sakto gyud... government or any company cannot do anything and they should not do anything if an employee mo hawa and mangimpliyado sa lain hilabi na sa laing nasud... even here sa US, though it's different kay ang jobs mauy nang langyaw dili ang empleyado...(outsourcing), even the very powerfull governement in the kalibutan, wala gani mahimo ani... unsa na ba kaha diha sa pinas.

lame move. hogging away those skilled personnels in this corrupt country. why not make it an option, better yet infuse the training during the 4-5 year course of AMEs.
