Experienced call center veteran, looking for a job right now.

Hi everyone, I'm in desperate need for a job right now. I've been jobless for the last 2 months or so now, with no luck in any of the call centers I've applied to.

Here are some things that you need to know:

Companies I've worked for (BPO): SYKES-Cebu, Xlibris and Eperformax-Cebu

Positions I've had (BPO): Technical Support, Outbound Sales, Customer Support, Quality Analyst

Education: at least 2nd year level (the reason I'm working is so that I can finish college..soonest)

Other facts:

- I'm a native American speaker because I'm an American.

- I can troubleshoot and solve most computer problems.

- I've worked in the States for 6 years with a variety of different job descriptions from manufacturing, security, retail sales and such.

Why don't you try to walk in at Wipro or ICT - both are BDO Building in Cebu Business Park. Or you can try to look for callcenters in IT Park, there are a lot of callcenters there.

try ESL sir... since you're an american, you get a premium or at least a different pay with the locals...

ICT...wala pa nuon ko ka.apply dire but duda ko preha gihapon isulti, "you're not a FULL 2nd year"

Convergys...samot!!! gipapauli jud ko, wala jud ko tagda.

etel, calltek, teletech...same thing...daghan mga gipangita nga wala diri, wala didto...

As for the ESL, aren't they looking for Graduates or those with Teaching Units Care to elaborate exactly where to apply and how to apply for ESL? And don't they prefer "women" over "men"

big or small, basta sakto lang mo.sweldo og stable ang mga accounts...unsaon man na nimo ang trabaho nya 6 months later mawala ra diay..

hi, m from calltek and same wla ko ka human ug college, i spent years in different courses..accounting, computer, business admin and last is business management but its not important here in calltek...try again..who knows its not ur lucky day lang ato nga time...we are hiring for technical support for our new account..
