Guys specially miyay. To me and pls be aware that what Im about to say is only my own opinion.

Do you have a school? Something like an Order of Mystics, group,coven, organization that is being guided and protected by an illumined Master.

because if you are not part of any of those things that I mentioned, to practice astral projection can bring you harm. From what I understood, you are opening your chakras and auras, and w/o the protection of an authentic order, negative elements can hurt you psychologically,mentally, emotionally and physically.

@homo_: isn't asking the protection of angels and guides, protection enough? bitaw, sir, i did not go to the astral, the astral first came to me and at an age when i was too young to understand. and even now, it still happens when it happens. i don't know, maybe i am a fool but god protects fools, i think...

but out of curiosity, are there really schools for this? i was studying an online course but still, can't induce obe. it just happens esp. when i'm too tired...saunz
