yup, its ok. just place the pc333 card on the first slot, then the pc400 on the second. use auto-spd setting on bios or manually input the mem timing in pc333 of the pc400 card. use everest to identify the supported timings of both cards.
anyways, does your mobo supports running pc400? and if your mobo is not a dual channel one, then its not gonna be an issue.

should be fine. youd still get more performance gain with more memory running @333mhz than running lesser memory @400mhz
