guys, niapil ko sa business orientation sa UNO coz out of respect sa isa nako ka amigo... (wa nako pahibalo nga vital-C ko, and friend mi ni amorsolo) im shocked to see this things..

first, ang mga UNO members kusog kaau mobasa sa ani nga post...they are actually talking bout this..

second, its a taboo for an UNO member to view and read this post daw.. they said na my friend amorsolo is desrcrediting them.. UNO members were advised not to read this pero basa ghapon sila..

third, is it just ako observation or murag nagcompete na ang mga members para sa new "recruits", i overheard man gud somebody talking bout strategies on how to get the other people join their leg instead of the other's (this is really really bad na jud sa ako opinion lang)

fourth, advice nako kang amorsolo, he shouldnt be around the UNO people.. ive heard some people talking bout doing him physical harm.... (didtu sa jolibee sila nagstorya dapit, one guy even said he wants to shoot amorsolo..) hmmm.. as i see it, they are not being mature and professional

fifth, ako gi measure ang distribution sa time sa ila orientation, as advised ni amorsolo... (i forgot the name sa ila speaker)
15mins or less bout their products
30mins bout the business system and how to earn on the binary stuff.. (the recruit word is widely used)
10mins pakita checke and testimonial sa isa ka "top-earner"

mao ni ila common salespitch, maski sa one on one sa gawas--
"mas dako pa mi kita sa lawyer, doctor, engineer etc,, students pa gani mi lupig na namo sila"
"kapu skewela, dili man na makadato.maau pa ni UNO university kay manegosyante ka"
"kung gusto ka dali makabawi, invyta imu friends and family, dili ko motoo nga naa ra ka 2 friends sa kalibutan"
overheard this from the people outside the office sa uno..


what i did..-- naa man wifi sa gloria jeans, ako ni giopen nga thread gamit ako laptop and ako ni gipakita sa ako mga amigo and sa kadto niinvyt namo on what he has to say bout this..

shocked au ang uban nako friends kay ingon cila, murag tinood jud daw tanan ang gisulat ni amorsolo. shocked sila nga naa daw company nga mkahimo ani..

daun ni confess daun kadto ako friend nga ni invyt namo..
"lisud jud daw ni iya gi apilan nga business kay lisod ibaligya iya products, iingon cya nga if wala cya mainvyt murag lisud jud daw makabawi.. 2 months na daw cya and wala pa cya na recruit and wala nabaligya... daun cge pa sya maintain sa iya account.." i really feel sorry for my friend.. he acknowledge nga sakto daw si amorsoloX, ngano daw walay nakatambag niya ani before siya ni join... (my friends really trust me on money matters)

as far as i know, dghan kaau engineering sa sancarlos nga nalugi ani... (based on reports from my friends didtu)...

hmmmmmmmmmm.... uno members of cebu are divided into several groups. the biggest group is composed of many students. my friend is a member of uno she is also a student. she was the one who invited me. dugay na siya sa uno. maybe 10 months. nakita jud nako iya result. daghan na siya ug downlines karon. ingon siya nako na sayun ug dali makakwarta sa uno. ky gamay pa daw ang members diri sa cebu. ni believe ko ato ky nakita nako iya mga checke. sauna ni kita siya ug mga 18-25k per week. pero after pila ka months instead na mo dako iya checke nagkaanam ug gamay. i asked her why. ingon siya hinay daw iya sales ky iya mga downlines dili kaayo mo lihuk. gamay na lang daw mo join. usahay gani ang ila group dili na makaabot ug 10 per day invites. grabi sa kadaghan nila dili mo abot ug 10 per day. unya maayo na lang naa mo pay-in 1-3 person per day usahay jud zero. mao ni grabi ang preasure sa mga uplines. ila gi push ang ila downlines na makadala ug invites. naa na sila mga quota. cge sila motiv8 sa ila downlines. some of the uplines ni balik ug pang invite.

grabi ang kalisod sa mga new members sa uno karon. daghan nagbasol. bago pa gani ni join ni quit na bisan wa pa sila kabawi. sayang ang ila gi entry na 7k+. unya kadto mga bago pa ni join unya ni quit na makasulti jud ug negative. mo ingon jud sila na bati ang uno. then kahibaw ko mo defend ang mga uno members na nikita na. mo ingon sila na dili na sala sa company or sa mga uplines ky sayup na sa ni quit. kung ni lihuk pa lang daw o ni hataw makabawi unta sila. pero mao ni ako question. bisan pa ug molihuk o mohataw sila makabawi pa ba kaha sila karon nga grabi na ang kalisod nga giexprience sa mga uno members karon?

ang mga uplines always mo tambag sa mga ila downlines na makesure nga kanang mapajoin ninyo makabawi jud. how come sa panahon sa akong amiga ang mga uplines niya dili mo tambag about ana? so pasabot ba na nga worried na ang mga uplines kung unsa mahitabo sa ila downlines? if you say na ni care sila sa ila downlines how come karon lang sila ni tambag ana?


instead of training their members to have full information about there products so that they can sell it properly. they train them how to recruit. gitudluan pa unsaon pagkidnap ug pagkuot. mao na makaingon na lang ko sa uban members sa uno desperado ug desperada na makarecruit.
dili ko gusto ma down ang company pero kung magsige lang ug ingani. posible jud na madown. but im still hoping na dili. ingon ra ba sila na forever jud ang ila company dili ma down. hope its true.

for me the company is good and their products are also good and effective but not all. just like other people think na sa mga tao ra nga nagpadagan sa company ang problema. mao lang jud na ako nakita. so i hope dili mo masuko nako.

to any UNO member... i humbly ask na mag talk ta bout our businesses... but let us do it nga kanang kita2x lang coz dili ko gusto nga naa company madaot ang image tungod nako... ive got some questions for you guys, na i really want to ask you bout your system and your current situation.. and also.. id like to offer my tips if your willing...

Kanang si amorsolo dili na cya member sa sa vital-C.. (its very bad para sa amo company nga makig-away lain,, madaot bya amo image if he claims na vital-C cya, after the things he did)

i want you guys to prove to me if whatever things nga gisulti ni amorsolo tinood ba or dili coz naa uban iya info nga maski ako find it hard to believe...
i respect inu disdain ani nga thread, i will be asking lots of questions bout this... so thats y i ask nga magtalk ta nga kita2x lang so dili ma discrourage inu new members..

ang top selling item sa uno karn kay ang coffee() although mdu reduced gamay ila sales
ang ultima-C (the former top selling item) experienced a steep decline in its sales...

earlier than expected...actual UNO sales was far below expected for the 1st half of august..
new members were less than expected also..

overall:
"the performance of the company is far below expected.. probable causes still yet unknown"-from the inside..

"average sales for each member was at 0.429 unit/distributor" - this means that in average out of 3 distributors, only 1 can sell a single item... gkan ra ni sa ila graphs and estimates.. this is not the actual data.. it could be lower..

maski sila "wala kasaud" ngano ni hinay2x karn nga month...
( i think because of the presence of cheaper and superior alternates, ako2x lang theory ha)
