-Man is not the body. Our body or this physical body is only a vehicle of the inner man residing inside. When this body dies, the inner man lives on.

-According to the Masters ( illumined, Awaken Souls ) there are worlds or planes of existence that is hidden from the untrained eyes.

how do we clean the astral body? could the eyes of the astral body be also myopic like that of the physical body?
did you also study the temples in the astral planes?

To your questions, my answer is I don't know. Im only a less month old in The Society. But I know something, only that it is taught to me by a Yogi.

The Yogi said, to clean your Chakras is to clean the bodies too, that includes the Astral body. You do it by meditation.


Believe it or not, I had experienced Astral projection only that it was done out of my will. It happened to me twice during my sleep.

I woke up and saw my body ( OBE ) lying. my vision was a little blurry but im sure that I saw me on bed sleeping. During this state you travel at the speed of your thought,well that's what I experienced. So it is very important to properly control your mind, because at this state what comes to your mind will be materialized. Let me illustrate, when i woke up and saw my body the very first thought that came to me was to open the door and look for the comfort room. at the moment I thought about it mao jud ang nahitabo. Then I got scared, I hear me saying, I want to go back to my body, then wooosh, I was back. then I opened my eyes, i Cant see anything then I remember that I put off the light before I went to bed.

someone told me that my vision is blurry in the astral because i could not concentrate much during the waking physical state. wala bay shortcut aning meditation thing? hahaha.
