    mao na part. ako UNO person man pud ko but at least dili ko mo-tuo anang recruiting..kana nang mga bugits nga tawo ng tapulan mamaligya. pareha sa ako upline,sige recruit nya mamugos pa-gyud....

    then if successful jud kaau mga tao dha, how come mingaw man kaau ang bo's coffee and jolibee? if dako kaau inyu sales, then how come wala mo spend for a little cup of coffee or maski nlang snack sa jolibee? instead, ang mga customers sa jolibee tparan daun ninu daun i bisness talk, sa gawas, mag lingkod2x ra mo na wala orderon, lugi na ang jolibee sa inu, order pud mo oi, nya ayaw hadloka mga customers nila.. why i say this coz i experienced this first hand.. if you consider yourselves businessmen.. then atleast have the code of ethics of businessmen..

    UNO is a good business gone bad because of the bad people in it... it has been corrupted by greed and deception..

    So, Todloi ug tarong inyong mga downlines na dili magnilad inig invite ug dili mag pakita ug checke kay kasagaran ug tao karon irritated na kaayo sa ingana na style. Mao na ma generalize na nila tanan ang networking companies as scam. Nindot bitaw inyong company pero ang nag pa dagan?

    Mawala man gud ang trust ana in the first place kung fishy kaayo inyong invitation. Why not direct to the point na lang di ba?

    Lastly, ayaw ug pangilad na naka kuha dayon mug house and lot or car with in 2 months(It's a total bluff). Mas maayo musulti mu na "bago pa ko, dili ni guaranteed na mu income dayon ta kung walay hardwork" dili kay mu sulti moh na maka palit na mog house n lot within 2 months. Klaro kaayong nangilad ra, klaro baya na sa mata sa nag storya, I have been into marketing so kahibaw nakog gestures kung nangilad ba ng tawhana or wala.

    Is this business ethics?
    1.) Pakita checke <- Unethical practice, real business man doesn't show there earnings in public, they give only projections.

    2.) Tell lies na (nakapalit nakog auto, ug balay with in 2 months) <- Impossible, new recruits dili pa maka kuha ana na kantidad within just 2 months.

    3.) Inig invitation (bai kita ta ron, kay mag party ta) <- inig invite pa lang daan, nangilad na

    4.) No proper management and leadership training.

    Binary system works only for short term, it's not good in long term business. Why do i know all of this because I have been there before.

    wala mo monopoly sa gloria jeans and sa jolibee didtu.. naa mga tao na pareha nako nga gusto mokaon in peace didto... so kung wala mo official bisness sa sulod didtu. ayaw nlang mo pagsinamok sa ila customers. kay sila na hago ninu...

    besides.. dghan ko friends nga uno nga nangau tambag kung unsaon nlang ila business... sila mismo ako ebidensya kong unsa ka "nindot" inu gipanghimo..

    Do you know why most of MLM companies shutdown?

    No Leadership
    No conscience
    No business mindset mentality ( true business minded mentality has a long term goal prosperity and has a vision for the future until the next generations)
    Don't know how to build people

    In real business, it doesn't focus soley on profits but it focuses on the benefits it could give to the client.
    In real business, recuiting people is just to expand the business not earning from the membership, earnings are taken from sales alone or services alone.

    Maayo pud unta brad ug magpadayon pa ning uno... pero good thing nga imong i-educate imong co-members regarding sa ingon ani nga business... ayaw pagpinarehas sa uban nga one-time ra ilang pagpangrecruit... walay after sales service...
