Binary system works only for short term, it's not good in long term business. Why do i know all of this because I have been there before.

In real business, it doesn't focus soley on profits but it focuses on the benefits it could give to the client.
In real business, recuiting people is just to expand the business not earning from the membership, earnings are taken from sales alone or services alone.
