    try prescription drugs kung grabe na gyud, like if ur really depressed or sumthin.
    of course you'll have to consult a psychologist or psychiatrist first
    pila naka ka days/weeks way tulog? kung days ra gali ok ra na. kasuway ko 4 days way tug.

    if you cant sleep pag gabii, unya kadlawun naka katugon...dont sleep. ipadayun ang waking mode nimo till the next evening. by that time kapoy na kaayo ka, ug katugon na kaayo ka. paghigda nimo diretso ka makatulog. balik ang normal sleeping nimo.

    Useful advices:

    Never think about not being able to sleep because this intensifies insomnia. Try to think about some other matter which isn't important for you. Preferably imagine that you are at a nice place like a beach or the mountains.

    Write down on a sheet paper what is worryingyou before going to sleep so that you can have everything organized for the next day.

    Try to go to bed and get up at the same time everyday.

    Tense and relax your muscles several times, as well as breathe deeply several times before going to bed.

    Listen to some soft music.

    Take a bath in warm water before going to bed and if possible, have someone give you a massage.

    Drink half a glass of milk or yogurt.

    Turn your alarm clock away from you.

    Exercise regularly, but never before going to sleep.

    if i read a book before going to sleep samot ko nga dili ka sleep. if i count sheep mao ra gihapon. if i drink a glass of milk inig ka taud-taud mo barog ko para mangihi.
    i read somewhere that if u want to have a good night's sleep u shouldn't drink too much liquid before lying down. kay the tendency is u'll wake up to go to the cr man.
    classical music works for me. but it's much too beautiful that it's almost a shame if u can sleep right through it. it brings better dreams, though. somehow the mind still hears even when one is asleep.
