as i've said..the opposition were the ones causing it to be trashed..if they were only extra cautious with the impeachment law then it would not end up having a technicality problem.

There are people watching the governments every step... one false move then they are out there... sala na ba d i hinoon sa mga taw nga gusto nga ang gobyerno mag tinarong? Of course naa sab mga taw nga pasagad lang og pamasangil... but kong ang issues legitimate para nako dili na na sala sa taw.

there is nothing wrong with rightfully policing the government. Â*but with the usual dirty politics, it seems like the pure motive of policing the government is not with wanting to have a clean government but rather of greed to be in power and pomp of being the 'good guys' saving whatever - modern-day pharisees. Â*this is one of the negative traits, deeply embedded within politicians that contribute to the disunity within the government that leads to its downfall, that has to go. Â*instead of working together as a team, being a one government, greed has driven some to watch for a fault, a chance, to pull the existing government down so they can sit themselves up the throne. this is just one of the many bad things that has to change. Â*unfortunately, it will always be like so.

coming back to the thread question, i have always had a constant stand on this matter.Â* it is not the government, but the people.Â* a clean governance has to start from the bottom and not from the top.Â* if we, the people, do the right things and choose the right people, we will have the good people up the top.Â* but if we allow ourselves to vote according to who's-who -and-who's-not, and not by proven records, we will end up with nobody else to blame but ourselves.

if there was anything i said, it was of an acknowledged government that is never perfect. one thing's for sure, i would pick the existing government or any governemnt over your ideal communist government, run by 'saviour murderers, robbers, and what-nots', having proven to be lawless and chaotic.

IMHO, it's not the government, but the people in power, both admin and anti.... instead of moving this country forward, they're doing their darn best to keep it in place. gloria wants to stay in power, and the anti's want to kick her out - and the people be damned. i've gone through 1 revolution, 3 EDSAs, and several coups and all these almost 20 years, nothing's really changed. the lasting legacy that marcos has given this country is the institutionalization of corruption, and all of us are still paying the price for that. and it looks like my kids, and perhaps even yours, will pay for that too....
