I doubt if marefund dayon2 ato requests sis. I've heard they don't have the allocation. So better we make ways to hasten their processing of refund. To note, it's not their money (hard earned)...it's ours...

I think the best thing for us to do is to follow-up always...call them as we can. So they'll know how urgent is our requests...times like now, it's too hard to lose money. If we proceed to legal matters, which am sure is best for us to do. This is to be done after the 2 months lead time of waiting for the refund. As they initially told us, "we got the refund on or before 2 mos upon receipt of letter of withdrawal". As for now, let's not lose hope but hold on to our patience until it's more than enough to bear.

i knew in feb 08 when i was making inquiries regarding casili hills that joanna was in a big mess... someone informed me that way klaro ang management because cge lang daw palit ug yuta den wala moni pang finance construction & during that time AFAIK there were probably 4 ongoing projects nila talisay, lapu2x, liloan & consolacion.. magpa reserve na unta ko during that time good thing g balibaran ko sa ila staff (which was a big question mark considering interested ko mopalit nya e decline na nuon ka!) g ingnan man nuon ko nga balik lang next week, after a week mao lang gihapon ingon so i decided to look for other options good thing kit-an nko deca mandaue so i decided to get one considering daghan nasad sila finished projects...

    Default Good news!

    Hi!

I have my own Real Estate Brokerage and I am also one of those who invested in Joanna Legacy. Indeed, they had problems with their construction especially that in Casili since it was only I think this August that they were issued a License to Sell. The good news is, they are currently starting the land development in Casili and hopefully they will be able to turnover some units next year. But, sad to say that there is a price increase. Their contract price is now 950,000 due to increase in cost of materials and change in layout. But take note that their units are semi-furnished and therefore worth your money's worth.

For those who were interested but discouraged, don't be! Because rest assured Joanna Legacy is doing something to deliver you a home. So if interested, contact Property Options Brokerage Services at 09189040156 or email us at cebusubdivision4sale@yahoo.com
