Evga Classified, Evga GTX 285 will require budget higher then 70k.
If you are planning to have waterblock in your setup, you might even need more higher budget, exceeding 100k+ mark. (Watercooling Setup's are expensive)
Normal heatsinks and any X58 board should be fine for just gaming. Unless she's going to do overclocking
When you check the box of the Intel i7 920, you can see on the little sticker if its a C0 stepping or a D0 stepping, any of this can do 24/7 setup. but if you are more into overclocking i suggest getting a D0. if not just get a C0!
Any X58 motherboard can run any video card, ATI or NVIDIA.
