Evga Classified, Evga GTX 285 will require budget higher then 70k.

If you are planning to have waterblock in your setup, you might even need more higher budget, exceeding 100k+ mark. (Watercooling Setup's are expensive)

Normal heatsinks and any X58 board should be fine for just gaming. Unless she's going to do overclocking

When you check the box of the Intel i7 920, you can see on the little sticker if its a C0 stepping or a D0 stepping, any of this can do 24/7 setup. but if you are more into overclocking i suggest getting a D0. if not just get a C0!

Any X58 motherboard can run any video card, ATI or NVIDIA.

i agree... pinaka-latest ang evga x58 sa US... so as the GTX285 card... mahal na jud au..... u might need a little more than 30k

kung usa lang ang ako e overclock unsa man ako angay e prioritize ang vcard, proc or unsa? kay murag kuyaw man kung naka OC tanan nya di nya mao akong mga mini fans. basin mag fireworks nya sus goodbye setup.

you can buy lower end proc and good VC
then overclock nimo ang proc

i mean kung usa lang imo pilion ug OC then puro high end imo vc and proc. asa ang mas important or angay e OC?
lets say i7 920 2.6ghz proc nya vc kay GeForce GTX 285 2GB DDR3 02G-P3-1185-AR.

you overclock both of them, but its easier to overclock the Processor, safer in-fact in my opinion

I recommend not going overclocking until you do some more research.. and know the danger about it
