i have difficulty on contacting the right person on pldt in order for them to fix my prob. (I'm paying the 3k account and i'm not on 2mps) Can any1 help me with this? What number should I call and what should I tell them exactly? thnx.

look for mr. montinola.. his incharge on PLDT DSL.. dili lang ko hatag number ha.. basin masuko nya to if daghan refferals.. hehe i'll pm u his number..
