				hahaha. depende na kung asa ka palit bay. pero kung ganahan jud ka saging i suggest adto ka palit sa fujisawa nga market kanang usual nga ginapalitan sa mga taga enosh. then naa duol sa isdaan kanang sudlonon nga store nga namaligya ug mga utanon, naa diha banana nga barato kaau. usa ka sipi for 100 yen or usahay kay 150 yen.

				i eat one whole banana every morning as part of my breakfast kay maka busog sya pero gamay rag calories and its a good source of potassium and other important nutrients :mrgreen:
