    I had tried CYL-10 for my daughter. This was introduced by her pedia kay na-observe sa iyang pedia na nidaot and dili sad cya ganahan mokaon. We have tried naman all other vitamins for kids pero dili jud mo-effect sa iyaha, cguro mo-effect lang few days. So, she introduced this CYL-10 and so far OK ra, she had good appetite and sleeping habits had improved. This is also good for adults.

    kaon jud bro...dapat kung normal nimo na kaon is 3 times a day, dapat imo e 6 times or more para mudako ka. nya exercise...mao ni ako gihimo karon nya nag gym pod ko plus ni inom ko ug serious mass. so far ni gain ko ug w8. from 96lbs to 101lbs in 1 month. gamay rapod lagi pero may nalang kaysa ni daot kau ka tanawon....
